I'm assuming she was trying to "bust" the myth that if you hold a lot of balloons, you will float away....she probably has the wolverine claws on just in case she starts flying into the air....she can pop the balloons, so she doesn't go too high!

I believe she thinks she's Wolverine. Or maybe its a fashion statement? Idk but I think she's failed whatever she's trying to do in a big way. Disgusting :)
