This is taken in Pripyat, a town erected to accomodate the workes at the Chernobyl Nuclear Plant, the town it self, is safe aslong as you stay off grass and mosses, since these can have build-ups of radiation

what the hell is this person doing walking around in Chernobyl? Isn't that really, really dangerous?

You're actually able to walk around near Chernobyl, as long as you stay away from the grass and don't stay there too long..
