Well, in Portal 2 you use perfectly working portals on moving panels.

Disregarding the fact that portals disappear on moving surfaces...
try going into a portal and walk ways though it, you cant go very far. So the blue portal will go out itself until it runs into the edge of the orange portal and stop. This will get you some 3d plus sign from hell
the real question is, what happens when you try and squeeze yourself into that clusterfuck

well... IT WOULD CREATE A SINGULARITY AND WOULD BECOME SO DENSE THAT SPACE TIME WOULD BE RIPPED... or the portal would close?

Portals can only be active on unmoving, stable structures, so this is invalid. In other words, FAIL.
